I only did two blog posts for the entirety of last year. I've just done two in one day.

Update

Spent much of today planning my presentation for PPN (performance practice and notation) which is going to be on musical theatre vocal interpretations. Interesting...

PPN sucks.

My topic is pretty interesting actually, quite glad that Dev suggested it to me.

What else have I got going on at the mo... trying to orchestrate my songs in a way that I'm happy with, and looking forward to the Easter break, which probably won't be much of a break as I've got the portfolio deadline a week or two after and a Followspot concert. Cool stuff. Can't wait til the 4th of May.

Anyway, thanks for sticking by me if you're still reading this old thing.

Year 3, Semester 2

So, over 5/8ths of the way through this university journey and I'm having (probably) more fun than ever. Really looking forward to taking some fascinating modules this semester, including Kodaly and a film music lectures series. Busybusybusy, though, with a deadline for a piece for Decibel rapidly approaching, and then our composer's showcase day a couple of weeks after that, it's all go at the mo. Rather looking forward to everything happening though.
